Prize Draw terms and conditions – NorthSouth TVET iPad Draw

1. The prize draw (“Prize Draw”) is open to any NorthSouth TVET delegate, aged 18 and over.
2. Employees or agencies of ITSI Holdings Pty Ltd (ITSI), ITSI Education UK Ltd, ITSI Funda or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw may not enter the Prize Draw.
3. Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
4. Details on how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. Entries can be submitted by providing ITSI Funda with your contact details (completing the information form) or by submitting your business card during the NorthSouth TVET Conference (11-13 September 2019). No purchase is necessary. If you have any question about how to enter or in connection with the Prize Draw, please e-mail us at info@itsifunda.co.za with “NorthSouth iPad Draw” in the subject line. Entry is restricted to one per person.
6. By submitting your personal information, you agree to receive e-mails from ITSI Holdings and/or ITSI Funda containing offers and developments that we think may interest you. You will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe on every e-mail that we send.
7. ITSI Funda accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
8. The closing date of the Prize Draw is 12:00 am on 13 September 2019. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.
9. The draw will take place on 13 September 2019. Should the winner not be present, up to a third winner will be drawn. Should neither one be present, the prize will be awarded to the first name drawn and the winner will be contacted within 7 days of the closing date of the prize draw. Should ITSI Funda be unable to contact the winner, or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, ITSI Funda reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
10. The winner will receive an Apple iPad (6th generation) 9.7” Wi-Fi 32GB – Space Grey. ITSI Funda will not take any responsibility for data, connectivity, insurance and more. ITSI Funda will have no responsibility to the winner or any association in terms of the device post rewarding of the device.
11. The prize is non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
12. The winner may be required to participate in publicity.
13. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of ITSI Funda and accordingly ITSI Funda may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to ITSI Funda as a result thereof.
